Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a limited window for cancellations. You may cancel your order for a full refund if you contact us before your card design has entered the printing phase.

Once an order has been sent to print, it cannot be cancelled as the production process is automated and personalized.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please email us immediately at nfcbuzz.com@gmail.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. We will process your request as quickly as possible and confirm via email if the cancellation was successful.

3. Refunds for Cancellations

If your cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
