1. Custom Products
Our NFC business cards are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order is placed and production has begun.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund if you contact us before the card design has entered the printing phase. Please email us at support@nfcbuzz.com as soon as possible.
3. Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a card with a manufacturing defect (e.g., non-working NFC chip, significant printing errors), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily replace the defective item at no cost to you. We may require photo evidence of the defect.
4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a solution.
